The apartments are shown with their matching pictures, descriptions, facilities and equipment list, measurement information, number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, and more.
All of our Casa Cosi apartments have been chosen, furnished and decorated in order to welcome you in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
The location is indicated in the map in which you can zoom in for more precision.
A calendar highlights the availabilities, and the main booking and cancellation conditions are clearly stipulated for more transparency.
Casa Cosi also offers a cleaning, concierge and maintenance service so wether you have any questions or concerns about the apartment, the reservation process or may you wish us to arrange a specific service, do not hesitate to contact us through our web-chat or to send a request through the contact form.
Book your Casa Cosi
The booking system can be different according to the destination, but the process includes the same following steps :
- Choose the date on the calendar to get the total price of the stay
- Fill in the form information
- Proceed with the payment (deposit or full payment)
Once the payment is made, the reservation is confirmed and you will immediately receive an email with all your booking details. We will contact you later to organize your arrival.
Arrival and check-in
Check-ins start from 3pm. You are required to inform us of your arrival time at least 24h prior to arrival so that we can welcome you in time.
Extra fees can apply for late arrivals, or some specific days. It is stipulated for each apartment in the Booking Conditions.
We will be waiting for you at the entrance in order to welcome you, give you the keys, show you the apartment, and give you all the information you need for your stay.
According to local laws, identity documents of all the guests are required for communication to the authority of public security.
The amount remaining of the stay, any additional charges and the tourist tax (if applicable), are to be payed at arrival. Unless otherwise specified, the payment can be made either in cash or by credit card.
Departure and check-out
A guarantee deposit is also required at check-in by credit card. The amount will be return in full if there is no damage or complaint.
And because all good things come to an end, check-out must be done before 11am, so that we can prepare the flat for new guests.
If you want to leave later, we will do our best to meet your needs. However, please note that this will depend on the apartment’s availability on that day.
